- Open Home Energy Audit Planner and Appliance Cost and Maintenance Log.Print these if you need to check running costs, appliance labels, maintenance dates, repairs or replacement notes.
- Open Home Maintenance Calendar and Home Inventory and Insurance Record if needed.Use the calendar for recurring jobs. Use the inventory record for valuable items, receipts, serial numbers and photo notes.
- Open Home Project Budget Planner only when a repair, decorating job or home improvement has quotes or materials to compare.Use it last so project costs do not get mixed into normal monthly bills.
