Formula
Average score = total score / players counted. Winning margin = highest score - second-highest score.
Example
Scores of 32, 28, 21 and 12 have a total of 93, an average of 23.25 and a winning margin of 4 points.
Common mistake
Check whether the game rewards high score or low score before declaring a winner. This calculator assumes higher is better.
